Nice little community center in the heart of Karns. I wish it was maintained a little better, the basketball/racket ball court is due for an upgrade. If you need a place to host a family event or shoot some hoops, I’d definitely recommend going here

Nice little community center. Some unfavorable conditions outside near the kids' playground however. Alcohol bottles strewn all over the grounds. Beware the nature trail, which has many rotten boards on the various boardwalk, so watch your footing. The fencing around the courts is breaking down, and their solution was to prop it up with rebar sticking out of the ground which is pretty dangerous for kids to be playing around. Aside from that, the building itself is nice enough for a small gathering. Holds about 10 long tables. Just be careful if you plan any outdoor activities, which I don't recommend at this time until some maintenance is done outside.

The place was nice but there were no lights outside at all. It made it difficult and dangerous to walk back to our cars after the event. However, the place itself was very and clean and enjoyable.
